entertainment is a duo. im a cliché is proud to release their very first e.p on september 29th. juan de guillebon is the bass player. he studied a lot jaco pastorius, but decided not to spend the rest of his life playing in jazz rock combos. you can easily guess his attraction to no wave bands (suicide or james chance), krautrock (his faves are cluster), or ebm and early electro (daf). alongside, hes part of the ectoplasmic band, performing as backing band for tigersushis boss joakim. antoine montgaudon plays the guitar, and we bet he would have fit perfectly in any brian enos late 70s recording. he builds endless psychedelic atmospheres with feedbacks, loops and fxs. all this only with his guitar. hes also part of my sister klaus, a project released on tigersushi (again).

with a blend artpop-disco-industrial-techno-newwave-electro-go-go punk and live vocals this duo creates a distinctive, futuristic hybrid of dance. the compelling mix of electronic punk features both jan & ariels emotive vocals, adding a taste of yesterdays anarchist sarcastic flavor, but never interferes with the music. jan as progammer and composer uses as many analogue sounds as possible, bringing musicians into the studio, creating a virtual band. featured on various tracks of the up and coming debut album, >bang!< is the guitar mastership of the legendary east bay ray of the dead kennedys. supporting members are johann bley on drums (ex-member of kmfdm & juno reactor) jasper scholtz, bass guitar and vocals
