alter ego hitmix part 2: nach frankreichs finest joakim, durfte sich nun auf besondere empfehlung des englischen lizenzpartners skint rec, englands neuer starproduzent tim deluxe an why not?! versuchen. klar, dass hier kein britisches understatement zu erwarten ist. stattdessen knallt euch herr deluxe einen extrem fetten mix um die ohren, wie gemacht fÜr dicke anlagen und eine große crowd. keine frage, das teil bringt die leute zum tanzen! danach gehen es alter ego auf der b-seite ein wenig subtiler an. baby kraut ist der track, der es nach vielen schlaflosen nächten der herren wuttke und flügel doch nicht mehr aus album geschafft hat. da alter ego euch den track auf keinen fall vorenthalten möchten, gibs ihn also jetzt hier zu hören. wäre auch eine schande gewesen: baby kraut ist eher gary als jolly joker, eher langsame steigerung in die hysterie als wahnsinn auf allen kanälen. zwischendurch atmet das hier fast schon die elektronica-stimmung alter decoding the hacker myth tage, bevor euch die mörder-bassline wieder daran erinnert, dass es eigentlich ums tanzen geht. wer also verlangen auf nachschlag von alter ego spürt, muss sich dieses großartige kleinod unbedingt sichern!
