dfa has long been a favourite at the bitches hq and we were chuffed to be asked to remix one of our favourite acts, the rapture. we certainly were not shy and dove headfirst into this mix bringing out the guitars and the lovely beach boy-esque harmonies twisting it into an indie-electro-house dance floor stomper. its not for the wallflowers to be sure.dfa have released this goodie digitally, but as we bitches love our biscuits, we had to see it released on vinyl. and of course, we must ensure premium sound quality so this release is 45 rpm on 180 gram vinyl. happy listening.

played by karotte , reynold... style of eye has delivered one of the most creative dirtybird releases to date. this is a totally fresh sound coming straight out of stockholm, sweden. >the big kazoo< is an epic tech-funk masterpiece that achieves ultimate ass shaking glory while also innovating at the same time. yes, in the past dirtybird has brought you animals, fart noises, bass blips, and strange breakdowns and now a kazoo??? well, all we have to say is that the big kazoo goes a step beyond any gimmicks and brings you the real shit. the beat is solid driving funk just how we like it and the track is destined to be a dirtybird classic. the b-side >hide< aint no slouch either. it mixes in really well with anything you got with congos or any kind of latin shuffle. but hide also has a really hot techno element that makes it very versatile. the beat is rock solid with a strong syncopated pattern and cool synth dropouts that will even bring the socialites and wallflowers to life. check it
