ten months after vidabs last output, we are back with the debut solo release of our good friend tomas svensson. some may know him as a half of berlin duo subbroomassociation, or as the former live drummer of >schulz & söhne<. tomas started his interest in techno/house during his studies of jazz drums and piano at the udk in berlin, and ended up building his own studio to realize his vision of sound using mostly analog equipment. the swedish native delivers here two tracks that fit perfect the mood of his home country with its huge forests, clear lakes, and wide landscapes. swedish techno with with a detroit soul. enjoy!

two years after their great received >under the bridge ep< gowentgone are back with their third full release on vidab records. the >walk with us ep< is another deep statement of gowentgones passion for housemusic and techno. >strange light< runs over eight minutes focusing on a central rim-theme that is embedded in a wall of layers. >move of the day< is a dynamic and simple mover that draws us deep into a tooly and mechanic sound. the ep s last track, >burning flowers< ist the pairs interpretation of house that morphs pleasingly into a spaced chillout zone. enjoy this one.
