nandu returns for his 2nd release on connected with another unique pair of tracks, the first an african influenced song with the mesmerising vocals of oluhle, the second a 909 style acid dark dancefloor workout. 1. nandu & oluhle - umfazi omuhle (original mix)- a gentle almost cautious arrangement building slowly and ethereally with a beautiful selection of sounds and an african influenced nandu rythm with shakers and claves providing an original feel and leaving space for oluhle’s moving vocals. 2. nandu – another jam (another acid dub)- a more aggressive, upfront side from nandu. for the intense spot of the night with twisted groove of claps and percussion, heavier in the lows with a proper 909 kickdrum with the acid line coming in half way through..... hot.

david mayer needs little introduction. affiliated with the flourishing keinemusik label his output as a producer and a dj over the last 9 years has been massive, forging his name as an expert in percussive precision funked up and pounding 4/4 driven deep techno and house. his recent remix of connected release ‘lust’ (tigerskin and k.e.e.n.e feat elli) was testament to his classic treatment resulting in a huge track that featured heavily on dancefloors worldwide.

after excellent remixes for kalyma (connected 006) and terranova (connected 004) aaaron releases his own ep on connected. closely associated with rampa, kalyma and florian busse, amongst other minimal deep/tech house explorers, aaaron started collecting & playing vinyl at the age of 15. one year later he bought his first sampler and started producing. moving to berlin in 2003 expanded his knowledge to electronic dance music. berlin was start- of-the-art for genres like house & minimal techno back in these days. in 2013 aaaron released “feelin this”, his highest selling single so far which was released on defected records and was played & gained broad support from jamies jones, mk, hot since 82, claptone, tensnake, waifs & strays, rampa, re.you and many more. after this,he released in 2014 splendid on get physical music followed by another cutting-edge ep for defected records named -what makes you itch. in 2015 he released whatcha say on jena s fatplastics label which sven va&#776,,th included in his sound of the 16th season ibiza compilatio
