die zweite ep von pacifica aus zürich besteht aus ihrem neuen song „memory man“, eine psychedelischer reise zwischen folk und future house. dazu kommen zwei bewegende remixe: kalabrese liefert eine entspannten, aber unwiderstehlichen version ab, die crowd wird direkt gebannt und beginnt zu tanzen! gleiches gilt für den remix von frankey & sandrino, welcher auch perfekt zur peak-time einer nacht funktioniert, das resultat ist pure euphorie auf dem tanzboden.

pacifica ist in zürichs vielfältiger elektronischer musikszene gross geworden und hat sich von balearic über deep house bis techno weitläufig inspirieren lassen. das duo, bestehend aus den produzenten und performern domenico ferrari und balint dobozi, nutzt die verbindung elektronischer rhythmen mit der ihm eigener klangästhetik, um ein fragiles gleichgewicht zu halten: jenes, immer von neuem weite klangräume fürs ohr zu schaffen, während der rhythmus, der den körper in bewegung hält, nie versiegt.
