rayan hermes aka aert prog returns to his sagmen imprint with a sultry single

the olympos series paused briefly, but now makes a welcome return thanks to the efforts of hermes, the messenger of the gods. whether he produced the tracks himself or they were ghostwritten is unclear, but they re a fantastic addition to the greek mythology focused minimal electronica label. astraia is a twinkling delight of mournful deep techno, while eidolon heads into introspective minimal electro territory with some seriously crafty beat programming. stasis meanwhile strikes a warm, laid back note that harks back to early uk techno might the track title be a tribute? the record closes out on phone, a grainy, sullen jam with some crunchy broken beats and plenty of needlepoint sound design going on.

a hiatus is always something needed to experience, silence is a process in which one can value and have a closer perspective within sound. an-archon come to brake that silence, hermes is on duties for it delivering two massive harsh noise weapons, samuel kerridge and caos + inmediatismo complete the ep on remixing labors. no one can escape from the an-archon.

pi.002 is a 12&#8243,,, heavyweight black vinyl lp written and produced by h&#8721,,,rm&#8721,,,s, first album of the artist and also on the label. work that assembles the soundscape from primal instinct forward into a harsh avant garde sound. almost human is the name of it, and consists in a 11 track album with a strong concept behind it. as the artist has baptism, -necronoise- aesthetics englobes dogma, metaphysics, poetic terrorism and theology as a manifesto regarding the learning of dying as a purification in life.
