silas moldenhawer and jonas kenton, both children of the early 80s, grew up alongside each other in the tiny big city of copenhagen. in their teenage years they discovered electronic music and this led them to start spinning records and producing tracks together. years later they met two other talented musicians and formed well-establish danish indie-electro outfit when saints go machine, but still kept on building kenton slash demon as a separate project.

>daemon< is the third ep from kenton slash demons >the schwarzschild solution< trilogy and features remixes from axel boman<. tartelet records are proud to present this last ep from the momentous trilogy and feel confident that it will bum rush discerning dance floors with its unrelenting, seductive beats and yearning, melancholic bent. as you may already know, the name >the schwarzschild solution< is taken from karl schwarzschilds complex theory about gravitational pull and celestial bodies. this is heavy, elevated subject matter, which goes extremely well with the lofty artistic ambition and nuanced emotional disposition of the trilogy. and as you would expect it from the boys, >daemon< is a grand journey of larger-than-life proportions.

following in the trails of the wildly successful >sun ep< released in august 2010, >matter< continues the story with both an amazing original and an interstellar interpretation from new yorks runaways. >matter< is beyond ambitious - a deeply natural constellation of disco and house, sprinkled with emotionally charged lyrics and a hint of that special tartelet strangeness
