2020 repress “schaum” ist das zweite album des japanisch-deutschen duos masayoshi fujita und jan jelinek. seit ihrem debüt haben die beiden auf der ganzen welt improvisierte konzerte gespielt. der vibraphonist fujita präpariert dabei sein instrument mit verschiedenen anderen percussion-instrumenten sowie metallgegenständen und spielzeug, während jan jelinek loops übereinander schichtet und dicht verwobene synthesizer-flächen ausbreitet.
