soaring imprint sentry records presents their second release, pairing up with the highly influential musician and multi-faceted artist nomine. the illustrious outlet - operated by equally respected producer and dj youngsta - is already being held in high regard by tastemakers and aficionados of dubstep around the globe. household names like these should need no introduction as their respective history reaches all the way back to the very conception of what has been coined as dubstep. their careers are firmly ingrained in the center of uk’s boiling music scene, being involved with labels such as tempa or deep medi and outlets like rinsefm or bbc radio. following up on the impact of the well-received debut record by dbridge, sentry records unleashes a minimalistic two-track journey, catalogued as ‘sen002’.

on the original one, a decadent intro with swishing reverse cymbals, create like a perfect countdown for the incoming hypnotic melody. these two elements, along with a deep half-step beat, continue their propagation for the whole track, made with a certain dose of style and precision.
the real explosion comes with the acclaimed remix made by artikal (j:kenzo & mosaix) who have masterfully dubbed out the version increasing the kicks, making a real runaway hit, already played and supported by many djs as youngsta and amit on rinsefm.

with a prolific career in the dnb and dubstep scene, matt-u always keeps a unique mark, clear and recognizable, in his productions, getting the support of producers as youngsta, n type, skream and benga. after his releases for well respected labels as black box, osiris, subway, no.mad is proud to announce his entrance in the turin family.

following on from his massive cross genre hit >computation<, dismantle hits us again with his first release on terrain, n-types jungle influenced dubstep label. both tracks have been kept very exclusive, to keep the dubplate vibe alive.
broke: deep dark and dangerous, rolling breaks and tribal percussion alongside jungalist pads and thunderous bass. this one tears down the dance in the best way possible. dark, but energetic, a staple in n-type set.
times up: similar darkness but more steppy. this one hits you hard with tearing hoovers, powerful lfos and all the atmosphere from a 90s warehouse rave, in a 2011 style.

its another monster from survival and one thats featured as an untitled track in numerous sets recently. here we are pleased to announce its title as >the year 2133<. the intro on this one takes you on a short journey into space and back & returns you to land with a massive bump the mini-second the bass kicks in. its a futuristic slate of d&b that we are sure would sit quite well in the year 2133 however we are happy to be releasing this in 2011! the flip sees fathom audios superb >clear the mist< featuring codebreaker & sense. the track features the excellent and hugely talented vocals of codebreaker & mc sense throughout and represents an excursion away from the norm for dispatch.

a1: seven is established dnb producer eddy woo alter ego. in this incarnation he is currently making waves with several releases. this side is a classic youngsta track, with a typical seven bass work out and a light melody built around driving percussive drum programming making it fit in anywhere.b1: science are a young production team out of the greater antwerp area. this is their debut release and as such a great introduction to their sound. building on the sounds that made halfstep dubstep so popular this track is eyes down business all the way with deep bass and melodica lines.
