the a side is 11 minutes of rolling house hypnosis delivered by mryn from france. a versatile track that suits both, the dance floor and the hazy view from a plane window.
the b is jeigo’s “pearl leaf”. an end-of-set emotional garage tune. tear-jerking pads, soaring and swelling synths, with a vocal line characterising heartbreak.

valby003 sees louf return, fusing heavier club elements with sentimental synth work. ‘if i was’ is a pummelling drum track, laced with synths that rise and fall gently, providing a fleeting moment of warm autumnal euphoria.
on the flip side we have ‘outside my house’. robotic, vibrating vocals challenge its listener to question the levels of emotion that a technological being can possess. delicate, tender house music.

now the dust has settled after louf’s debut, we have an emotionally driven release from tom vr on valby rotary. ‘hear me out’ is a deep club track that builds an atmosphere of both heart warmth and heart break. it boasts eerie vocal samples, raspy chords and coarse punching drums, making it energetic yet still suitable for the sensitive euphoria of the dance floor. the b side ‘indigo’ is a pulsating soundscape of longing & tension that eventually erupts with an uplifting finale of acid and the splash of ride cymbals.
