straight outta vienna comes a fresh take on the deeper side of techno from two well known producers who team up here under the project name buffered multiple. buffer 01 is the first part in a series of two eps for the lirum larum imprint from berlin.

lirum larum is a brand new joint of >efdemin< and >rndm< who are better known as >pigon< when they team-up in the studio or behind the decks. always riding the thin line between house and techno with a twist for the obscure they decided to have their own imprint from now on. lirum larum will publish music of their own project, from friends and other partners in crime. in that regard the first release is the perfect prototype of what can be expected in the future. the 1st release features a composition of their own in two mindblowing interpreations. no other than >function< (dave sumner of the splendid sandwell collective) and >tobias.< (who released a totally underrated outstanding album in ostgut last year!) provide their interpretations of pigons track >kamm< (originally released on beatstreet in 2008).

berlin team of dave shokh and holgi star are back with a cool house long player for the masses. remix courtest of the ultra hot agaric (we are, aka patrik skoog) begin with gathered clicking percussion built with high pitched stabs and reversed flicks. lirum builds ontop of itself as the snare punctuates the groove as the bell rises. a galloping invasion of sounds going from your brain wide into your feet. you will dance and feel good. yes. agaric does not hold back. the funk is dripping. a rolling tight groove filled to the top with hits and drum flips. just wait as he teases before the bassline appears and off we go. madness for the dancefloor?!? for certain!
