luxxury aka blake robin makes his deep&disco debut with a pair of tracks heavily steeped in classic west coast sunshine and vintage disco vibes. for the 12 inch release d&d has collected a quartet of remixes by whatever/whatever, greg wilson, a vision of panorama and jkriv that take the tunes off the beach and onto the dance floor!

giant cuts are proud to present a very special line up for rsd. featuring reworks from some of the biggest names around. kicking off with the one and only late nite tuff guy with a killer 80s rework, next we have luxxury aka baron von luxxury a la based producer who is hotly tipped by greg wilson with his wicked dubbed version of an 80s anthem. on the flip we have manchesters ed zone who takes us on a blue eyed soul journey, and rounding things off is label boss deadly sins with a slo mo disco rework. pressed on a colour in colour 12 inch vinyl limited to 500 copies.

the main idea for the luxxury edit series was to take overplayed and/or uncool songs and turn them into tracks that i myself would want to dj. initially the plan was to do this exclusively using the sounds from the original multi tracks, rather than the typical throw a new beat and some swooshes on it kind of re-edit.
