Über feedback, enthusiasmus und der liebe zu dieser musik. das zeigt sich an so vielen stellen. am offensichtlichsten und wohl auch am unumstößlichsten an den fan-tattoos, die der band gewidmet sind. und genau diesen tattoos, diesen bildern für die ewigkeit, dieser leidenschaft, möchte die band mit diesem release tribut zollen. so wie auf der haut, sollen die tattoos auch in der discographie dieser band auf ewig das sichtbare zeichen einer innigen verbundenheit sein. viele fans werden ihr tattoo also im artwork dieses albums wiederfinden. bunt auf weiß. für immer. zu 100 prozent - und jetzt als vinyl - in grün!

detboi was bought to metalheadz attention via special request and immediately signed up for a project. as it turned out detboi was a long life metalheadz fan and the news of the signing could was absolute music to the dubliners ears. goldie immediately added his sparkle to the title track joyride whilst detboi polished off the rest of the ep. we look forward to releasing more of his music.

south london ordnance returns to aery metals with a quartet of rolling club cuts. the british artist ties up italo and industrial references with trademark steely percussion and warping atmospherics. exercises in razor edged tool techno trade blows with more submerged, rhythmic recordings and finnish outsiders femme en fourrure return to the label for a new collaboration.

lenzman is back on metalheadz with his first original work since his debut album looking at the stars. the ep is everything you would expect from lenzman, soulful and well produced.

the extended project *inversion* follows his three track release *sleepwalkers* in 2013 and *timelines* in 2014. om unit was schooled via metalheadz. although he earned his stripes via hip hop as dj 2tall it was breakbeat-hardcore and jungle that shaped his attitude towards electronic music and the ferocious trail blazing of the metalheadz crew was an undoubted inspiration. thus it makes perfect sense that his take on this sound, his contribution to moving this sound forward comes via metalheadz. the sonic nature of the project is rooted in london, chicago and detroit- drums, subs and textures.
