after the success of the first full album ‘dagxnacht, the group formed by gilles helsen (keys) and freek vreys (guitar) expands with jazz-percussionist cas kinnaer. the musical recipe of seizoensklanken remains the same: instrumental compositions balancing between colourful afrobeat and intimate electronica.

after “la légende d’eer” in 2016, the perihel series presents one of the milestones of electroacoustic music: iannis xenakis’ mindblowing 54-minutes oeuvre “persepolis”, mixed from the original 8 track tapes by martin wurmnest and mastered / cut by rashad becker.
