the next instalment in the my rules catalog sees label owner justin van der volgen take on japanese house legend yukihiro fukutomi aka foog s techy club jam flying . originally available as a digital-only release, it s twisted into two exclusive new versions. on the a-side edit, justin travels down the less walked path of splicing and shortens the track, which along with his subtle drum additions tastefully amplify and sharpen the feeling of tension and release. the b-side dub is a heavy bass and drum mix complete with flanged hissing hi-hats, alien claps and cavernous echoes.
