50 is a nice number of releases to be celebrated in style, that’s why we have cooked up a very special menu for this milestone. as the spirit of the pole group team we have combined everyone’s character on this record. all tracks have been made in common, each of the label foundational members have worked on their own sound parts that in a second process have been assigned randomly to others to work on them, in a creation loop that somehow represented the true essence of the label. you’ll never now who is making what, it’s just oscar mulero, exium and reeko in essence and mixed up. you’ll find no ambient interludes, no anthems, no big breakdowns, every piece in this creation has been designed for the finest dancefloors, rough textures mixed with solid beats and continuous synth lines, techno in its essence made by those who never left the boat in ruff times, pioneers making the soundtrack of the future.

insgesamt vier ausladende stücke warten auf dem longplayer, an denen schulze von sommer bis herbst 2017 arbeitete: »silhouettes«, »der lange blick zurück«, »quae simplex« und »châteaux faits de vent«.
sie zeigen den elektropionier, der zuletzt mit gesundheitlichen problemen zu kämpfen hatte, von einer ruhigen, besonnenen seite, die sich auch in den reduzierten und meditativen klangbildern und -ebenen widerspiegelt.

after the first ep, that you must have heard in clubs across the world - laconica is back with its second. as with the first one, this release is all about the three solid cuts, which are made especially for the dancefloors. the first track “who gave you dis” is a deep groove in tandem with whispering vocals and powerful drums. “this for b” is a perfect minimalistic tool for after-hour sets. last but not least, “lil souvenir” (b2) is revolving around the chicago house feeling with some classic vocals in it.

the first track on annas debut ep for novamute , razor was born while playing with her roland mks-80, a synth from 1985 and one of annas favourites. you can hear the fat, juicy sound on the breakdown and ever evolving throughout. the track has already been getting a great reaction when played out in her sets. escapism plays with trippy arpeggios that lay down the atmosphere for the whole track, it feels really dense and trippy but still powerful, making use of heavier drum sounds for the groove. the last track on the ep dreamweaver, is a simple track that always works well on the dance floor. anna reworked this track many times before deciding to strip down the beat and focus on the final sequence, sometimes the simple ideas are the ones that work the best.

trias#002 is the successor of the debut ep by tom sue on trias records, available as a limited vinyl edition with risograph prints. the melodic main track >black oak< was produced by tom sue for the sinister short film >schwarz< by felix kruis. it features strong lead vocals by n!klas and chants by the movie actors. the dark atmosphere of the short film is picked up by the melancholic low key techno tracks >amberay< and >ceres<. the ep finishes with the banging remix of >black oak< by der schmeisser, der tietz and der foerkerich, ready to hit the clubs.
