christmas number one by the black arts is a collaborative single by britains finest art noir group: black box recorder, and britains finest punk art group: art brut. a genuine celebration of christmas with a song written by john moore and luke haines, clearly influenced by slade, wizzard, ernie the fastest milkman in the west, william burroughs and war of the worlds. there was only one person who could convey this message of good cheer, their dear pal eddie argos (art brut). the limited edition 7inch (limited to 1000 copies) comes on festive green vinyl and features the b side glam casual
