Worst Friends is Ryan Cavanagh and John Paul Jones (no, not that one) from Brooklyn. They are also known amongst the beards as Tom Croose and Slow Hands. We actually suspect they are pretty good friends … making this sweet sweet music together and all … Oh, and they just had a cool record out on oz-label Future Classic. The music sounds very unlike any short persons playing sports of any kind though slow and low is definitely the tempo. There is the beautiful balearic original, Eric Duncan gives us a psychedelic ride on the disco carousel and Prins Thomas channels the song through recently aqquired skills as a choirboy and 4 finger keyboards chords…. oh my….
