Okei aka Kalifornia Keke, is also known as half of Helsinki's Jesse band and several Finnish Hip-Hop productions throughout the last decade-and-a-half. On his solo LP the mood is like fog in a tunnel with occasional elements of shimmering light. The rhythms stretch from almost tapping leftfield structures to the more thunderous, also african styled percussions resembling some of the Jesse output shine through.
