Prime Numbers are back with E11.... the latest in the PN E.P series. Three exclusive tracks by Mr Scruff & Kaidi Tatham, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Andrés! This time we feature a heavyweight collaboration between Mr Scruff & Kaidi Tatham who provide a smouldering jazz-house production with Kaidi leading the way on keys and flute on top of a chunky, bottom-heavy groove. Motor City Drum Ensemble drops a killer raw cut. A heavily smashed jackin’ disco workout with all the markings of a fine Cajual dub or early Striclty Rhyhtm. The track oozes soul and is unpretentiously aimed at the dancefloor. Once again Danilo Plessow proves less is more. Andrés completes the line up with a cheeky blend of some classic ingredients. Sounding like a track from his early releases, “Jack City” has all the essential hallmarks of the Andrés sound with an excellently simple but purely effective fusion of house and hiphop ethics
