Romjet is Boiled Wonderlands debut EP and a celebration of sounds and life from Cambodia. Once Maxs home, Romjet traverses through a foliage of eld recordings of local boat race bands, street side sellers and karaoke broadcasts. The sensory overload of S.East Asia is certainly captured in Romjet and is combined with the ethereal side of electronic music. The 5 track EP covers a wide range of bases within the electronic music spectrum from bass music inuenced tracks like Romjet to more ambient mysticism of Sanharka. The eclectic EP references the constantly shaping and developing soundscape of Cambodia, pulling together sounds, dance and the nations complex musical history.
