Wars/When I Feel is Juk Juks third 12 release for Nommos Lead tune Wars is pure winter melancholy driven by dark rhythms and brooding basslines, occasionally broken down with celestial synths. Slick, enigmatic and moody, a hard one to pin down but easy to get lost in. In contrast When I Feel is an irresistible piece of minimal Garage House. Big kicks and crisp highs are punctuated with reversed strings. All this is scattered with Juk Juks signature vocal manipulations.
