Both Camelia and the SPORTS label step into the light for the first time with an ambitious double-pack release that promises much for the future. Praxis is a stunning ambient piece that opens the record with glacial drones and subtle ripples of percussive sound before Syntax locks things down to a crisp minimal house groove laced with eerie atmospherics. Mihai Poi meanwhile goes to town on a long form remix on the B side, turning Syntax into a warm and playful thing. Camelia does her own lengthy turn with the title track on Side C, and then Sublee drops a snappy electro version as the finishing move on Side D.
