In 2011 when Mad Mats and Tooli went to Sonar Festival in Barcelona they met Ludovic Llorca aka Art Of Tones outside a club. Little did they know back then that two years later on they would release a 12 inch together. The Same Thing EP opens with the title track and kicks pretty damn sweet with its strong vocal, the guitar, bass and rhodes jamming on top of a tight groove, there is also a dub version included on the b-side. Last but not least, The Great Sgatmi is a jazzy and bumpy house take with lots of samples perfectly balanced. All in all, classic Art Of Tones material and the work of a producer firing on all cylinders.
