the first vinyl on supdub by the frankfurters, pieper & kappetijn. the book of ra ep features two impressive tracks, that come across more warm and almost poppy but are decorated impressively by the mixed duo. well batched and placed vocals make both of these tracks dynamic, striking and emotional. the disc is rounded off with a remix of the track goldify by alfred henrichs, the label owner and supported by the charming voice of viviana alvarez.

in defiance of breakup rumors, their latest stroke of genius promises to arouse spring feelings for all electronic music fans. in the summer of 2011, acclaimed djs, alfred heinrichs and sascha braemer, had already conceived the initial ideas of their new album. in the meantime, the pair kept busy working on solo projects and remixes for various djs and labels as well as keeping active international careers.

following the coup of the ep trauriger sonntag (sad sunday sdr029), zucker and salt (sdr030) will now be the new stroke. heinrichs & hirtenfellner created this one in collaboration with our friends from paris: sucré salé.

an outstanding highlight in this years late summer is presented by the stars of the berlin label supdub. for this years first time the dj duo heinrichs & hirtenfellner (also well known as alfred heinrichs & sascha braemer) is producing together again.

a man, a word!that occurs to his friends,if somemone asks them for toby monte montana. but not only that, but still much more… he produced own tracks for the first time, together with tobias luetzenkirchen with project names e.g. luxor & montana, luetzenkirchen & toby montana or bully boys. one of his further production partners is his homie dan caster from berlin. in this great ep you can listen his long experience as dj, promoter and producer.all in one together a big techhouse vinyl with pure emotions.

martin books & alfred heinrichs own a lot more than be partners in producing electronic music, they have also been best friends, as some would say: mates. and on this way, their album get his name: >hey mate<

your sorrows fading away, your body is feeling easiness. der berliner supdub-act philip bader ist die treibende kraft auf der supdub 014. in kollaboration mit daniel dreier sind zwei stücke entstanden, die den berliner clubsound klar definieren. philips idee ist es, mit >easy< einen natürlich, knackigen track zu stellen der seine eigene leichtigkeit im produktionsalltag ausdrückt und zugleich den typischen supdub-sound verkörpert. mit dem stück >house of spain< macht diese ep aber erst so richtig spaß. die wahl der gesangsstimme bringt auch hier lockere atmosphäre ins spiel und verzaubert den hörer. die sorgen sind vergessen, der körper ist gefüllt mit leichtigkeit, die sinne sind verzaubert - bis alles wieder vorne beginnt.
