perc trax is proud to welcome back its favourite japanese producers, tokyos salmon & gonno, two of the most individual and innovative producers perc trax has discovered. in a scene that serves up more that its fair share of disposable tracks gonno and salmons tracks bring colour and a sense of much needed fun to techno. this ep is the follow-up to their 006 perc trax debut that won support from josh wink, funk d void, paul woolford, simon baker, alex kid, remute, tom mangan, si begg and jesse somfay amongst others and sees both producers develop as more and more of their personalities can be heard in the tracks. since this first ep, salmon has released tracks on gabriel anandas karmarouge label and us imprint tora tora tora whilst gonno has toured europe and signed to the berlin based merkur label

superb new 3 tracker. the original a side monster by perc itself is a killer with its driving minimal feel and weighty production. the remix on the flip comes from an excellent production duo currrently delivering some very hot material - bart skillz and anton pieete - aka district one. their reinterpretation adds even more weight to the original and drives the track to a new level. to finish off the ep nicely we have the bonus track - work softer. an excellent package
