the london based ross evans is coming up again on numbers with a great 4 tracker. after releases on label such as cocoon, saved, break new soil, cr2 and get physical records, just named a few, we finally put 4 strong tracks on the 26th catalog number. the ep starts with someday acid influenced prime time monster. a2 abzorda shows some catchy deep vibes with a cool atmosphere. on the flip we got two more named deranged with the hypno vocals and the screwing bassline and last but not least stroke my ego with the classic deep house touch. hope you enjoy and play numbers

ross evana and his producer alex tepper have been responsible for many of the biggest tracks this year. with this four-tracker ross and alex present a selection of pure dj-food, roadtested to set dancefloors on fire!

saved regular ross evana returns to the label with the monstrous >these sounds<, a vocal infused future classic that cannot be ignored. combining an infectious groove with devastatingly catchy vocals the lead single will slip with ease into any djs box and remain there for years to come.
continuing with the quality expected of a saved release, gregor tresher makes his debut on the label, presenting his take on the lead single and adding a flavour to the original that only he knows how.

already played by sven väth, seth troxler. joris voorn, tiefschwarz, reboot... the london resident ross evana already excelled as dj at pacha nyc, at ministry of sound london or in the we love space series in ibiza. his track >thrilla in manila< first takes its time to build up before it sets a tremendously powerful exclamation mark on the dancefloor with its tropical-hypnotic percussions. with its second track, the ninth edition of cocoons 10 inch -series leads us to the land of the midnight sun. the two stockholm-born cousins alex caytas and aleks patz have started their musical collaboration only in 2007 but can already look back on a hand full of very good produced releases for the stuttgart-based label parquet recordings and the italian label caremella, as well as on remixes for martin dawson/king roc and voltique. >blue sea< shows the duos affinity to the energetic deep house techno of the nineties: with its organ sound, blues vocals and a highly infectous bass line, this track could almost pass as a modern and uncluttered version of st. germain, being predestined for warm summer nights. this is how techno sounds in 2011.
