>The Dude< EP is based on the idea by Holger Flinsch to invite some of his friends to produce some >dude< tracks together. The hypnotic first track on the EP is an emotional, minimal shuffle stomper by Two_EM & el locco. The second track is produced by Toby Dreher and SM.art (well known for her last Depeche Mode >Martyr< Remix on Mute). >Zelterdude< makes great use of a funky bass and the hypnotically rolling arrangement progresses to nice french female vocals and hypnotic synth lines. And the last track is produced by Holger Flinsch himself with his dude Holger Nielson aka Holgi Star. Its a superb smoove grooving club track which keeps a deep detroit feeling
