Odaka (also known as Rawakari) delivers some nice abstract techno in the best IDM tradition. He dabbles here with a flurry of machines, to obtain that distinctive analogue sound to go back to the basics. Even the graphic design is the result of a more back to basics technique, without the assistance of a computer once again, but rather via sketching and plain and simple drawing. A very sincere and sympathetic release on this Belgium label (Brussels to be precise, Wallonia, roughly same areas as Confined).
