Limited vinyl only release from an anonymous producer who has released on some of the finest underground labels in the UK and beyond. The Moodymanc EP makes a (very) knowing tribute to the Detroit legend Kenny Dixon Jr. The music is superb deep, jazzy house, inspired as much by the city of Manchester and the likes of Electrik Chair and Mr. Scruff as much as it by Kenny, Theo and friends. In fact it has already been played by Mr. Scruff and the Unabombers! No doubt when the vinyl hits the shelves it will no doubt be getting plays from loads more of the cream of underground djs
