‘Chance Is Our Greatest Ally’ celebrates the launch of Faux Poly, a brand new label from Kassian

The label name pays tribute to a hardware-focused production style which they first experimented with on their “Faux Polynesia” EP on Phonica White. This stylistic turning point encouraged further exploration into this direction, discovering new processes to make genuinely unique dance music that focuses on the idea that the best sounds are not imagined and then created, they are discovered.

Based out of their 38East studio in Bow East London the pair have been fervidly developing their process, releasing a string of records on respected labels such as Shall Not Fade, Phonica White and more.

Kassian’s vision for the label is to give a platform to emerging talent within the underground scene whilst also creating a home for their own output. They would like to encourage artists to explore their boundaries and begin to build a community based around the sound.
