After his first contribution to Knotweed in 2015 (KW017 - Reflections E.P.) and his incredible track 'Own Structure' on KW020 Various Artists in 2016, Julixo is back on Knotweed with a full E.P.

Julixo is one of a kind producer. A drummer at heart, he has a broad interest in all types of music, and you can really feel it in his tracks where he loves to experiment with many different vibes.

The record opens with 'Red Valhalla', a though techno attack in the vein of his previous track 'Life of Crime', made to decimate the dancefloor. Julixo increases the pitch one notch and takes a more funky twist with the breakbeat infected 'Rose Tape', fast and to the point. The B side continues where 'Own Structure' left off: two tracks relying heavily on vocal and synth samples to bulldoze their way through your brain: Julixo is having fun, and you can feel it - it is contagious!

It is the rawness of this record that makes it special.
