Following the success of 2014 s II , Gala Drop are back with a new single, Nova . Side A comes mixed by their Principe Discos homies Niagara. We re in familiar Gala Drop territory here... floating psychedelic guitars & synths entwine with the deft drumming and intricate percussion, all weaving a psychedelic spell that transports you to the band s sunny world. On the flip Lisbon s maestro deejay Tiago takes us further into the same world, but via a different route. Soulful keys and gentle congas ease us down to the beach to soak in the future jazz. Pretty much, the message is... all about sunshine Golf Channel every time !
