Lake Minnewanka means "Water of the spirits" in Dakotan Siouan language. Aboriginal people long inhabited areas around Lake Minnewanka, as early as 10,000 years ago. You can still feel the spirits there... Some of the music is a dedication to that invisible power and being of human energy
