Seabed is the ocean floor. It could be a mythical place to where sea creatures drag you as you are lured by the siren’s song. This atmospheric mover takes us on to a Jules Verne subterranean quest in which synth basslines and enigmatic pads rise through rusty ships and sea wave samples. The tension is built half way through as a breakbeat shuffle resolves in the main techno rumble. It’s a dark captivating story that you could narrate to others, or the sirens, depending on which dimension you float.

DMS delivers a first wave Detroit influenced electro funk in the rework of the original track. Hefty rhythmic sections, a nasty squelchy bassline and a restless arpeggiated lead comprise this futuristic body popper. The pads are howling mysteriously in repetition and shape into a thin layer of frozen astrodust. Half way through the track a thin ray of light breaks the crust into infinite pieces transforming into a harmonious blossoming chant. Yet, this won’t last long as a veil of darkness dominates the senses again.

The other side is dedicated to a journey into deep space by Kreon. He creates an ever evolving mechanism that initially might feel random. Still, it gradually unravels a thought process with the use of structural
manifestations. All elements are placed carefully revealing a poly rhythmic pulsating organism. The alternated main melody line half way through could be a reference to cosmogony. The hypnotic pads spread wide throughout the end leading to a cathartic ritual, an exploration in spirituality.[info from ld]
