Vertere Berlin is a contemporary fashion brand and party collective founded by a
group of local DJs and designers. It was founded in 2017 and since then rose to
international attention for their club-ready streetwear and their fashion collabos with
DJs and labels like Jennifer Cardini, Disco Halal, DUAT Records to name a few.
Vertere Berlin also made a name for themselve for their hyped party series “Strictly
Dancefloor Business” - hosting artists like Roza Terenzi, Narciss, DJ Fuckoff, Boris,
Heap as well as their resident DJs.
As a logical next step Vertere Berlin is now launching their music label Vertere Berlin
Records. The first release is by label founder Uli Hasselmann aka Basic Instinct.
Basic Instinct’s DJ sets represent a hypnotic and atmospheric dub-house sound.
This is also reflected in this release. “Angel Dust” is an elegant and moody house
track - enriched with a stab-led groove and a haunting vocal.
“Feel It” is dubby and sexy prime-time track. Seducing vocal cuts are joined by a
warm analogue lead line.
