Performing alongside their better know Melbourne counterparts (Andras Fox, Tornado Wallace, Harvey Sutherland, Michael Ozone) for the past few years, Zanzibar have crafted their own take on the esoteric house sound of their hometown. Elements of Andras Fox tape funk, Tornado Wallace sun bathed synths, but with the raw edges of MPC production and a ‘don’t give a fuck’ DIY approach to music making and performance.
