Ah yes, the Carter Bros. The mysterious duo from down under who put out a 12 inch on Rush Hour recently. Wild Cats EP holds four cuts that represent the Carter Bros sound, which can only be described as an eclectic brew of dancefloor detonators. It starts out with >I Didnt Need You<, a devastating grower that gets into your brain and burrows a special little place for itself. Forever. Then, the title track, which is strictly deep, pumping and emotional vibes for the discotheque. On the flipside, >Run< is skank-tastic business. Already charted by the likes of Radio Slave and others. The EP ends with >No Caller I.D.<, a track that shows the depth of talent these two brothers(?) really have. Limited to 300 copies.
