JTC (aka James T Cotton) opens this ep with a devastating 70s Disco/Funk/JAK hybrid, hypnotizing crowds with a repetitive funk guitar and throwing them into a Jakking frenzy with a steamrolling basskick counterpoint. Simply JAK-tastic! Followed by a silky Chicago Dub jakker for the comedown and were ready for 2AM/FM. Or are we? These two cats Rave up the place with some of their patented deep rolling Chicago-house influenced trax, but spice it up with a thick-slick muddy bassline before erupting like Old Yeller. Top
