After successfully bringing back the boogie with the launch of their own imprint, Boogie Corporation are now back again to prove that they really are Slaves to the Boogie with this their second release on BC. Inspired by strange android dreams and angelic visions of Russian air hostesses on electronically powered scooters, Aeroflot is equal part space and equal part boogie. Meanwhile on the flip, Git Down is a slab of raw basement boogie, an experiment in time travel and is well heavy on the funk. Last up, but by no means a slacker, is Dirty Rips which pays homage to the machine funk of the early electro sound while giving it a serious contemporary tweak. This track was previously re edited by DJ legend Greg Wilson and released as Hardcore Boogie on Redux, but this is the first time the original version has been released on vinyl.
