He worked out this release with Brett Longman from Paris, known from one of France‘s most prolific labels Logistic Rec. With „Dope on Plastic“ both start a dub and percussion rollercoaster- ride: the stripped down structure in the beginning unfolds seamlessly to a wildly grooving dub-inferno. Similarly funky „Push it“ continues this direction: dodgy FM-sounds meet weird synth bleeps plus a whole load of rhythm - the trackname is to be taken literally here! On the flip-side Schatz & Longman in „Running“ are adding some fine dubby ingredients to there rhythm patterns, next exit Detroit, one might say. Moody without being cheesy, that‘s how we like it. „Good Vibes“ is zigzagging elegantly, with deep pulsating melodies worked together with an uplifting groove to a fast-paced and atmospheric track.
