london born and bred dj and producer ben scholefield, better known as budgie, was practically raised under the counter of honest jons record shop. keeping a low profile, though regularly sharing his musical taste through livin proof – a local london hip hop party – as well as producing the odd track for singer fatima and the notorious piff gang and most recently a project with the alchemist, budgie has fully grown into an artist in his own right. dropping his first solo ep on wildheart recordings, his wide array of influences can be felt left n right, top to bottom. we are proud to have him as our third release on wildheart and hope you get down to this as much as we do! the vinyl includes free doanload code.
