originally released in 1978, in the uk only on the grove music label. good condition originals now fetch over 200 pounds and it’s not hard to hear why. this is a very fine dub album. every track a real head nodder. vivian jackson (aka yabby you) produces excellent riddims supplied by a youthful sly & robbie, before their unique sound was distilled, whilst tubby and prince jammy provide the mixes. tommy mccook, skully, chinna, ansel collins and bernard harvey supply the high notes.
