ray valioso (aka swiss producer agnès) returns to real soon with the 4-track particles e.p. on the title track particles, ray uses a moog-like synth part and a treated rhodes piano to weave a hypnotic melody that drifts in and out of focus over a clatter of loose, live percussion and distorted voices. on tocar te, basic house maniobras and groove memories, ray is in less experimental territory and turns in three quality pieces of warm, percussive, luxurious deep house. this is ray valiosos second full release, following up on his well-received einladung e.p.
