Excellent debut release from the Berlin-based imprint Initial compiling four heavy techno tracks from the most interesting names in the scene. On the A side, young producers UVB and Setaoc Mass provide with two fierce and unforgiving Berghain-esque cuts - whilst on the flip, two old-timers show how it is done, with Patrik Skoog showcasing his dubby and minimal signature sound on *Stone Grey* and Brendon Moeller (as Echologist) killing it with an acid-rave banger! Comes beautifully packaged in a silk-screened sleeve by artist Franck Itow. Limited to 500 copies, no repress.
