Apocalypse Now simmers with unresolved tension, tart drums and gnarled synth lines, while African Temperament lets the percussion tumble in a cavernous space. Summer Madness is a simmering, drum led version of KC Flightt s classic, and then Gik Gwong Zung pings the record off into cosmic synth disco territory for a perfect finishing move.
