The merits of Van Bonns releases on Telrae, Trapez and on Van Bonn Records you can find in his new release -unbound-. The attractiveness of repetition has made its way into this EP... and it was a good choice. We kick off with -King-, a track which is a cross breed of a stubborn beat and a dub techno feeling showcasing a melodic intermezzi that flies in and out with a mind of its own. More minimalistic than most of the tracks you know from him, it includes unexpected half baked sounds you would not expect from Van Bonn. On the other hand the epic 10 minute monster -Distinct- is a real dub techno giant and a soundtrack at the same time... with beats that take you by the hand.
