“Resuscitation” is a great starter track which aligns the motoric synapses for a night of repetitive locomotive dark magic. Gradually it builds into a state where it surpasses the body’s ability to filter it out due to its sheer sonic mass, and it animates the listener into a state of blind locomotion. It resucitates from the unmoving routine of everyday and lets you breathe again in the bliss of danse macabre. Continuing the theme is “Startling Neuromancy” which sheds a sliver of moonlight turqoise over the dancefloor, on which it bestows a timeless quality. It shocks its audience with apocacryphic whispers of forgotten arts and secrets, and induces a state of conductance between this world and forgotten realms where mind and body has always been understood as one entity.
