The second release from Seattle-based collective secondnature comes from Simic with the Discussion of Interests EP. Three tracks of psychedelic and effective electronic music that falls somewhere between house and techno, along with a remix from Slow Life lead producer S. Moreira. Discussion of Interests is another marker in the development of secondnature’s musical realm, expanding it from the dark and cerebral techno of Fugal’s “Oil Panes” EP to one that includes more groove-laden tracks with expressive melodic content.
